Success Stories
Buddy and ShadowBuddy was a Border Collie pup lost and alone in the world. He found his way to us and learned to be a carefree, loving puppy again and was adopted into his forever home last summer. Much to our surprise, his Mom contacted us again in April. She was interested in Shadow, another Border Collie mix, who was unceremoniously dumped out of a car onto the side of the road. She had only been in foster care a short while, but was already learning to trust again. Buddy now has a little sister. What lucky dogs to have each other and a loving forever home. We couldn't be happier for this family!
GradyGrady is a Black Lab mix puppy that we pulled from a rural shelter. He was in foster care for only a short time before showing signs of the potentially deadly parvo virus. He spent three long days in the hospital, but thankfully he was strong enough to survive. He has found his forever home!!
Moonshadow (Skye)Skye, now known as Moonshadow, came to us as a terrified shelter dog. Her fate remained uncertain even after she was pulled out of immediate danger. Luckily, her foster family was very patient and willing to work with her. She has been adopted and is doing great in her forever home. She is having her agility trial debut this month. We couldn't be more proud of her!
JasperJasper came to us as a stray. He is an adorable, yet typical high energy Jack Russell mix. He is a great little dog with a big personality, but he kept getting passed over. He attended all of our adoption events and everyone would fall in love with him, but no one was looking to adopt him. Finally, after 8 months in foster care, he found the perfect family and got his forever home.
